Prompt Picker Account Deletion

Prompt Picker users can request deletion of their account and associated app data by contacting support.

How to request deletion

  • Email hello@calledos.agency from the email address used to sign in to Prompt Picker.
  • Use the subject line "Prompt Picker account deletion".
  • Include whether you want only your app account deleted or whether you also want support help with subscription status questions.

What is deleted

We delete the app account record, authentication-linked profile data, and app usage records associated with the account where deletion is technically available to us.

What may be retained

Purchase records, payment records, subscription receipts, security logs, and records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or platform compliance reasons may be retained by us or by platform providers such as Google Play, Apple, Firebase, RevenueCat, Stripe, and AdMob according to their policies. We do not store decision prompt history on our server after a recommendation request unless a saved-history feature is introduced in the future.

Timing

Deletion requests are reviewed within 1-2 business days and completed within 30 days unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or platform compliance reasons.
